American Airlines Cancellation & Refund Policy, Fee, and Process
As per American Airlines Cancellation Policy, American Flyers are allowed to cancel their flight within 24 hours of their flight booking without any cost. It will take between seven and ten days for the passenger to receive their full refund of their flight fare.
